1 Do you deliver to areas outside of Chester Springs? Our free delivery service applies to the Chester Springs area only and 20 miles within that radius. A mileage fee of $4.85/mile may apply.Contact us to see if we are able to deliver to your location.
2 How far in advance should I book my party? Event should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Next day delivery is possible based on availability of chosen theme.
3 Can the tents be used outdoors? Our sleepover teepees are used for INDOORS only.
4 How much is the deposit? A $50 non-refundable and transferable deposit is required to reserve your booking.
5 When is the final payment due? The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. The $50 booking deposit will be forfeited if payment is not received and date is not changed.
6 Do I need to pay a damage deposit? Yes. We require a refundable $50 damage deposit and hold it to cover any potential damage or additional cleaning required after collection of rentals. It will be returned in part/full dependent on a check of all equipment.
7 What is your cancellation policy? Bookings canceled less than 14 days prior to the party date are transferable to a later date of choice with a validity of 6 months from the original party date. If rescheduling is not preferred, booking deposit of $100 is forfeited and 50% of the remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded.
8 Can I have a sleepover party with less than 4 kids? Yes. Our minimum party for DIY set-up is 2 and for FULL-SET-UP is 4. Please put a note on the inquiry form.
9 Is there an age requirement for the sleepover teepee rental? Yes. Children must be 6 years old and above.
10 Do you have a DIY option? Yes. We want to be able to cater to parents who enjoy setting parties themselves. Check out our Packages section.
11 How long is the rental period? Rental is for 1 night only. It may vary depending on prior arrangement.
12 Can I rent tents for more than one night? Yes, subject to inventory availability and booking calendar. This can be pre-arranged for an additional cost of $25 per teepee. Please include a note in the booking form.
13 Can you accommodate a custom theme for my party? Yes. Custom theme requests can be pre-arranged for free for a limited amount of time ($75 worth).
14 Do your teepees work for adults? Yes. The teepees can accommodate both adults and children. The teepees are 5ft tall and come with a twin size air bed mattress.
15 Are your teepees safe? Our teepees are secured at the top with a rope that prevents them from moving. We have a stabilizer on top of our teepees to prevent it from collapsing. We put rubber plugs on each leg of our teepees to prevent it from slipping (depending on the flooring). Our teepees are recommended for 6 year old and older.
16 My kids are not allowed for a sleepover yet. Can you do a day-over instead of sleep over? Yes, definitely. Set-up and take-down can be pre-arranged. Please leave a note in the booking form.
17 What can I do to prepare for set-up? Set-up requires the space to be thoroughly cleaned, pet-free, smoke-free and furniture free. Our team is not allowed to move furniture for FULL SET-UP.
18 How much space do I need per tent? Each teepee is about 5ft tall. Each mattress is about 4.5ft X 6ft. Please ensure that you have enough space for the event.
19 Do you host the party? No, we do not host the party.
20 Do you need a power supply? Yes. A power supply is needed to inflate the mattresses.
21 Do you stay during the party? No, we do not.
22 How much time does it take to set-up the tent? It usually takes about 1 to 2 hours for a 4 party rental.
23 What time do you set-up the teepees? Set-up time varies but typically between 10am-2pm during the party date. This can be pre-arranged.
24 What time do you take down the teepees? This can be pre-arranged.Take down time varies but typically between 10am-2pm the next day for FULL SET-UP. Renter is in charge of taking down the teepees for DIY option.
25 Do you provide sleeping pillows? We do not provide sleeping pillows for hygienic purposes. We recommend that guests bring their own.
26 How do you clean up the rentals? We se fragrance-free and hypo-allergenic detergent for all beddings and linens. All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
27 Are pets allowed on the teepees? Unfortunately, we do not recommend pets on the teepees to prevent puncturing the mattresses.
28 Do you provide add-ons? Yes. We offer add-ons that will make your sleepover experience more memorable and unique. Please see our add-ons section.
29 Why do you need the name of the celebrant? We ask for the name because we give a personalized digital poster for all our celebrants
